Steven has over 12 years’ experience in the construction industry. His experience ranges from residential remodel work to commercial new construction and remodel. His contracting career included managing his own business for five years. Steven is a veteran of the US Air force with specialized training in Civil engineering, project management and project design. Steven also has experience in law enforcement as a patrolman for the town of Rossville Tennessee Police Department as well as the town of Oakland Tennessee Police Department.

Alex has 20 years experience in field service/installation of electronic security as well as project and installation management. Worked for Diebold /Securitas in many roles and on projects ranging from retail, financial all the way to large scale integrations for USPS and Army Corp of Engineers.

Vice President 

Cristy has more than 20 years of experience in operations, finance, and organizational leadership, supporting growth across healthcare, distribution, and professional services environments. As Controller for SCI Services, she oversees all financial operations and plays a strategic role in guiding scalable growth within the security-electronics integration industry. 

In addition to her financial leadership, Cristy has played a key role in the growth of distribution-based organizations, including oversight of inventory management, margin control, and private-label product operations. Her experience includes supporting rapid expansion, improving inventory accuracy, strengthening cost controls, and aligning financial strategy with operational execution to ensure sustainable and profitable growth. 

Throughout her career, Cristy has managed cross-functional teams, overseen large-scale projects, and served as a trusted liaison to clients, vendors, and external partners.

Controller 

Mike possesses a wealth of experience, including more than 40 years in the security and electrical field dedicated to the installation, service, and troubleshooting of various types of equipment, coupled with comprehensive expertise as director of field operations. His unparalleled journey has seen him contribute significantly to the success of many well-established companies, this includes ESI, CoreCivic, TN-TEC and SCI Services. Throughout his illustrious career, Mike has held vitality important roles ranging from Site Project Supervisor to Director of field operations, highlighting his continuous growth and responsibility. He has participated in projects spanning the entire United States for small local facilities all the way up to Federal institutions demonstrating his proficiency and meticulous attention to detail. Mike’s ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously has put him at the top of his game, making him an invaluable member of the team.
